It’s unfortunate that zero stars isn’t an option. I spoke with a representative at the number for the business who stated they could do a next day job, as I requested a quote for custom postcard prints. I took the time to edit, watermark, and send each of the images via email as requested, yet 24 hours, three phone calls, and two e-mails later, no one has answered the phone nor followed up with me.I fully expect them to steal my professionally-shot images and try to sell the postcards, themselves.
I had a few days to print out a program for an event I was organising. I turned to a google search and found them. Their website had pretty straightforward directions on how to place an order and they responded to my order in time. They gave me the liberty to print my design on a paper size I wanted and they delivered on time and the finished print was very good quality. Highly recommend.The only improvement they can make to their website is to have a wider variety of paper sizes in the options.
